Launched in 1991, the Disc was the first laceless sports shoe; instead, it used a system of internal wires to tighten the upper for a perfect fit. In 1993, we introduced the Disc Blaze, the first shoe from PUMA both featuring the laceless disc system and our signature performance-line Trinomic cushioning. This version of our heritage running sneaker reps the famous closure as well as a translucent TPU cage and the signature cushioning loved by track stars thirty years ago.
